Here at Sunlite LED our aim is to offer you the goods, prices and service you, as a customer, want.
As we are a small company, from the moment we receive your order we monitor it every step of the way until it reaches your address.
We also negotiate the best prices possible and pass those savings on to you the customer.

NONE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
Buying from us
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier:
1. Browse our catalogue to select items you wish to buy which will then be added to your shopping cart.
2. Once you have finished shopping, click checkout and you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.
We do our upmost to ensure that all items on our website are in stock. If, in the exceptional circumstances your item is not in stock after your order has been made, we will backorder for you.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Delta, Solo/Switch and MasterCard and PayPal payments.
Delivery and handling
All orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours (not including Saturdays and Sundays) of placing your order.Free 2-3 day delivery applies to orders of £75.00 plus.
Our courier offers a service called Express Shipping, which aims to make a delivery on specified dates.
If stock constraints restrict us from honouring this service the express shipping fee is refunded and your order will be placed with the standard shipping service.
We take no responsibility for circumstances outside of our control, such as unexpected carrier delays/loss of goods that may lead to your goods being delayed, however, we will refund the additional Express Shipping cost in these cases.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel the order for your purchase within 7 days of delivery, under UK law.
To cancel a order you will need to write ‘cancel order’ on the back of the invoice.
The items will then need to be packaged securely and sent to us, with the invoice, within 7 working days of the date the items were delivered.
We do request that you contact us first, to inform us that you are returning the goods before sending them.
We may, at our discretion, accept goods returned outside of the 7 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee, however, you must contact us for this option to be considered.
We recommend that when returning goods you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note – you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless we delivered items to you in error.
24 hours’ advance warning is required for returns.
Please be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing).
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, once we have received the goods and the notice of your cancellation of the order.
Credit card security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not see your credit card details.
Our credit card processor uses industry standard SSL encryption to encrypt your details between you and them.
We guarantee your satisfaction.
Many of our items are guaranteed for 5 years, however all products carry a minimum of a one year warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions.
Sunlite LED is committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer details with any third parties.
All goods remain the property of Sunlite LED until paid for.
Waste lamps statement
You can find your local wasterecycling facility at www.recyclenow.com
Collection bins for used lamps can also be found at most supermarkets and shops that sell lamps.
Some town halls, libraries and schools may also have collection points.
End users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
Please depose of your old lamps and bulbs responsibly.
Acts of God
We will not be held responsible for damages caused by an act of god including: fire, explosion, flood, power surge and accidents.
